Select an option from one of two available
To search for an answer by keyword
From the drop down menu, select a specific category or select All.
Enter your keyword(s) in the search box (e.g. season ticket) and select Submit.
You will see a list of questions relating to the keyword(s) you searched for.
Click on a relevant question to read the answer.
If no results are returned at your first attempt then select Advanced Search before selecting Search again. This searches the entire text and returns more results.
To search for an answer by category
Select the appropriate category e.g. Parking.
Select the relevant sub-category e.g. Season tickets.
To find the answer to a question about Leisure centre membership you could
1.
Click on List FAQs by category, then click Leisure, then Leisure centres and then click on the relevant question.

Click on Search for an answer to a question by keyword, select Leisure from the drop down list and then enter a keyword e.g. membership. Click Submit and then click on the relevant question.
